Return Policy

At Poetry Tack & Ag, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

1. Eligibility
   • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
   • Items must be returned in-store only (no mail-in returns accepted).
2. Condition of Items
   • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in new, resalable condition.
   • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
3. Proof of Purchase
   • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
4. Exclusions
   • Clearance, sale, or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
   • Tack, feed, supplements, or consumable items are not generally eligible for return once opened, but we can always make exceptions for items that don't meet your expectations. 
5. Refunds
   • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
   • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
6. Exchanges
   • Eligible items may be exchanged for another size, color, or item of equal value.
