Eligibility and Participation
Customers who enroll in our loyalty program are eligible to earn points on qualifying purchases made at Poetry TackandAg Feed Store. Participation is voluntary and subject to these terms.
Earning Points
Points are awarded based on the total amount spent on eligible products, excluding taxes, fees, and discounts. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Redemption
Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards as outlined in our program materials. Redemption thresholds and available rewards are subject to change without notice.
Expiration and Forfeiture
Points may be forfeited if the account is inactive or if program terms are violated.
Program Changes and Termination

Limitation of Liability
Poetry TackandAg Feed Store is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the loyalty program, including but not limited to point discrepancies or technical issues.
